ui-dialog - title size in Chrome when float:left attribute is used on other elements in the page

Description
Bug when using ui-dialog in Chrome if other elements on the page have a float:left css attribute. Title bar of the dialog appears very tall. Changing height of title bar gives undesirable results. Works well in ie9+. Screenshots available if needed.
