resizable handle alignment

Currently the size and position of handles is fixed. For borders, it is a 7px thick line and positioned 2px inside, 5px outside of the widget. For corners, it is a 12x12px square and positioned 11px inside, 1px outside of the widget. What I would like is the possibility to have all the handles completely inside my widget, because the overflowing handles hide some stuff outside the widget. Make sure that the zIndex of the corners is bigger than the borders, now they are all 90. Thanks for considering.
