the style of jqueryui.dialog is corrupt under IE6

Description
using IE6, visit http://jqueryui.com/dialog/, check the demo at the official website.
NOTE:
1> the "close" button goes to the right of the dialog (you can drag the bottom scroll bar to the right, to see the "close" button)
2> the title bar only shows on right-top corner

We removed support for IE6 in 1.10 http://jqueryui.com/upgrade-guide/1.10/#removed-support-for-ie6.
chrome && IE11/10/9/8/7 works fine .. ;)
