JQuery UI Resizable snap to element

Description

I have a suggestion for JQuery UI. The suggestion is to add a "snap to element"-option like in the draggable function. So that when you resize an element it snaps to another element when it comes close to it.

Since this isn't core functionality for a resizable plugin, this should be built as an extension.
