Keyboard navigation doesn't work for jQuery UI menu

Description
The demo page for the Menu widget says that it supports keyboard navigation support. Visit the following page, and attempt to use the arrow keys to navigate the menu:
I could not navigate this menu with my keyboard on either Chrome or Firefox.

Keyboard navigation works fine, but it's not going to work properly inside an iframe when the page is scrolling in reaction to the keys.
