styling error on datepicker calendar

Description
The heading of the calendar is not displaying correctly on 1.11.2.

This image is from the demo included in the custom download. I have reverted to 1.10.4 and all works correctly. That is the next and prev buttons are single images and located to the left and right of the month/year text, not on the line above.
