Inputs are non editable inside jquery dialog

Description
I have a jQuery dialog inside boot strap modal. The auto complete inputs inside the dialog are non editable (unable to type in) also unable to set focus on them. But the auto complete function for the inputs are triggering.

I'm not sure why you're putting a jQuery UI dialog inside a Bootstrap modal, but this isn't something we would look into. Please use the forums, Stack Overflow, or IRC for help. Otherwise, feel free to create a reduced test case that doesn't use Bootstrap and uses a current version of jQuery UI.
