Yes sliders work on their own. What I mean is that when jaws in on with firefox ,I am not able to "move" the slider using the keyboard key and so I cannot change time value.

If the sliders work on their own, I'm not sure this is a bug in jQuery UI. The timepicker you're using is not one of our widgets.

Even if the timepicker is not one of jquerys, the only change is the versions of jqueryUI. On investigation we had found that on click of the left or right button, the key press events itself are not getting fired when Jaws is on based on which the widget works instead the focus out event is fired.Hence raised the bug here.

Also when i said that the slider work on their own what I ahd meant was with jaws off. With jaws on https://jqueryui.com/slider/ also does not respond to key left and right on firefox.

I'll ask my questions again:
Does it work with NVDA on Firefox or JAWS on IE? JAWS on Firefox isn't one of our main combinations for support.

could only replicate on Chrome 59. Firefox 40+ and IE10+ seemed to work fine. Using jQuery UI 1.11.4

Sweatha12 Can you please confirm whether this is still a problem for you in IE11 and Edge? According to Blake Netzeband, this is working properly.

Do sliders work on their own for you? What do you mean by isn't working? Is the slider not updating or are you just not hearing any announcements? Does it work with NVDA on Firefox or JAWS on IE? JAWS on Firefox isn't one of our main combinations for support.
