Sortable scroll reverse when pulling an sortable item down only on Chrome

Description
I have created a list of items as sortable, it works fine but on Chrome when I have more than four items when I pull an item up, it scrolls down, it still works fine for my first four items, also it works well on the Firefox and IE.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with sortable. In order to help us assess the bug, can you please provide a reduced test case showing the problem? You can use jsFiddle or jsbin to create the test case.
