Description
A recent translation of Datepicker is using a non common month's names for January, February, etc.... The current translation is not common at all, I have users on my website not able to have a clue on what this month name supposed to mean like: شباط , كانون Can you please change it back to be the more common translation, exactly same as how those months names are translated in the Arabic translation of wordpress itself.

I'm not sure which version of the translations you're referring to. The most recent change was discussed in https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/pull/1246 which has the reasoning behind the change.
It's also worth noting that after the 1.12 release, we will stop maintaining our own locale information as a new version of datepicker will be released in 1.13 which relies on CLDR for all locale information.
