Slider doesn't slide at the cursor

Hi,

when I use a custom handle slider, the slider does'nt slide correctly at the cursor position.

Just take a look at https://jqueryui.com/slider/#custom-handle and just slide a little bit to the left but it will jump to the right and then you can slide normal.
