jQuery-UI gives errors on page load in Chrome and Firefox (Ang4)

Description
When added via the CDN script tag suggested on your site I get the t.fx is undefined error in Firefox and the cannot read property 'step' of undefined at <String>.anonymous error in jquery-ui.min.js:6. I am using Angular4 and have installed the required typings for both jQuery core and jQuery-UI. Core jQuery seems to work fine, it's just the UI element that doesn't, so it seems to be something specific to jQuery-UI.

Or more likely, something specific to Angular.
This is not a bug report that we can act on. Please provide a reduced test case with specific details and we can re-open this ticket. Note that a reduced test case would require not including Angular.
