Add ctrl+z/ctrl+y support for spinner and arrows changes.

Description
As in topic in input with ui spinner. When value is changed by typing it, it can be returned to previous using control+z. When value is changed by arrow keys (either on physical keyboard or input buttons).
For me history available for buttons should be three levels: newts, previous and last non-step floating point value. (for step = 0.1, non-step value is 0.11).
