Scroll not working smoothly in MsEdge

Description
When using the autocomplete at the following web address and clicking the down arrow part of the scroll it does not respond very well. Its jumpy and does not move down the list. If holding down the mouse button it will scroll to the bottom, but then clicking the top scroll arrow shoots straight to the top.
