Jquery UI DatePicker duplicates year and month using touchscreen

hi all,

I have recently encountered a problem in IE 11, Used Jquery DatePickerUI plugin in my application.

Version used

1.jquery-1.12.4.js

2.jquery-ui.js(v1.12.1)

3.jquery-ui.css (v1.12.1)

Jquery datepicker seems working in all the browsers using mouse events but its shows duplicate months and year using touch events(tap) in Internet Explorer 11(Working fine in other browsers)

Please give me any solution that works in IE 11 browser using Touchevents.
