Slider handle focus border

Description
When clicking on a slider handle, the click should blur the focus so that the handle does not receive the browsers default (and ugly) dotted focus border around the slider handle image.
Other UI libraries do not have or allow dotted focus border appearing around their control elements as it distracts from and disrupts the overall appearance of the UI.
