tab misplaced in IE on second showing

Description
In IE6 the tabs in the dialog show at the top of the dialog instead of their proper position until the tab menu is clicked.
Test by loading this page
http://67.18.89.254/~jani/demo/simulator.html
activating the menu, closing the dialog (escape or close button) then reopeing. The tab that was last active is at the top of the dialog not in line

This is fixed in 1.5.1, you can close it. The fix was in ui.dialog.js but I did not track down the exact changeset.
