Drop effect bug under IE7 & Safari (Win & mac)

When applying the drop effect to a DIV positioned using "absolute", the effect does not occur at the right place in the window. see an example at the DIV is the white and black ad at the top right : the effect occurs at the top left, as if the DIV wasn't positioned.

Can anyone get a jsFiddle example of this bug? I'm not sure that the example page linked to 3 years ago still shows it or not...

It was a div for a special event, cannot find the code anymore, sorry I think you can close the bug
