Description
There's a bug in the jquery datepicker when i set the year to 2009 and month to october. When i do it the datepicker shows me two days 10.

This appears to be related to the time zone in which you are operating and the effect of summer/daylight saving time. It is known to happen in Brazil in the primary time zone in October. It has been fixed for the next release.
