JQuery Animate Sometimes Does Not Fade In Offscreen Elements (Opacity IE)

Description
When fading in a lot list of items, the bottom half of the list (all offscreen) did not fade in images. Highlighting the page makes those impages pop back into existence.
I was able to workaround this issue by manually removed the opacity filter as mentioned in this RMS.
