ui.datepicker not apply themepicker active state

Description

I use themed inline ui.datepicker. It seem that ui.datepicker doesn't apply style on the active state so i hardly see which date is currently selected.

When i use minDate option, the prev button (top left button) display '<prev' text instead of disabled button.

This looks like a styling issue and is no longer valid due to the fixes made in #3647.
