Actual: the zip file you download from ThemeRoller includes only ui.theme.css and the demo.html file includes links to
- http://jquery-ui.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/themes/base/ui.core.css
- http://jquery-ui.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/themes/base/ui.allplugins.css
Expected: the zip file you download from ThemeRoller contains all theme files and the demo.html file has only relative urls

It would be great if demo.html still linked to these 3 files separately so that we can reinforce how the TR developer tool interacts with TR-ready pages. TR will know to append new themes after the ui.theme.css link, allowing theme overrides in plugin css files to take priority.
We should also decide whether demo.html contains the dynamic widgets like the app does (currently they're static markup).

One more thing: css/parseTheme.css.php currently imports ui.theme.css from svn trunk. This path is hardcoded and needs to be updated to pull from a relative path to tags. Unfortunately, this file does not pass through the template engine so we'll need a crafty way to get the global relative path.
