Dragging a sortable that resides within another sortable doesn't disable the parent sortable.

Why is this listed as fixed? I still see this problem in IE 8 at least (works great in FF). I see the problem with nested sortables, but it's very similar to #4333 so maybe this is a duplicate, but it's definitely not fixed! My sortables have the same errant behavior as shown in the example links for #4333:
