Clicking on Min value on slider does not change values

Description
Happening in Firefox 3 and IE 7.
I'm using ui.slider in another project and was running into this bug. I can create it on the UI Demo page here:
http://jqueryui.com/demos/slider/#steps
Steps to bug:
1) Click anywhere on the slider to change the value.
2) Click on the zero value of the slider.
You'll notice the Donation Amount didn't change. I can't seem to get a zero value on the slider.
This has something to do with "min:" being zero, because if I use any other value it works fine.
