Accordion Incorrect link destination in Firefox

Description
Links to a specific location (ie page.htm#id) from within accordion panel jump only to top of page in Firefox (not IE7/8,Safari,Chrome & Opera) . See links on r-h side of this page http://www.mabb.co.uk/acstro/index.htm
I clicked the link under New Instruction and it worked fine for me.
