Downloading custom theme from jqueryui.com fails. On first attempt to download custom theme, server returns blank page. On subsequent attempts, server sends a corrupt zip archive. Predefined themes download and unzip without any problems. Fails on all major browsers (IE7, FF, Safari, and Chrome) so appears to be a server issue.
