UI tabs and safari

Description

When safari 4.0.2 is not maximized, menus will sometimes not appear under the right header with tabs in version 1.7.2.

I have 10 menus.

Couldn't reproduce in Firefox nor IE 8.

(words in image are blacked out, but the selected menu and the opened menu are the same color. Note that it is an issue with every menu, not just the first one)

I'm not really sure what this bug is about. There's a huge lack of information and the bug sounds like it's outside of the tabs plugin anyway.
