Use themeroller icon for datepicker button image

Description
I'd like the datepicker to have an option to use the built in themeroller calendar icon for the buttonImage.

The button options shouldn't even exist. You should just manually do the setup to make the datepicker appear when clicking on a specific element. These options will likely be dropped in a future version.
