Sortable under Sortable - Display error on IE.

Description

Im having problems to have a sortable under other sortable.

In Firefox/Chrome/Safari works great you can sort items inside their ul. But on IE (Any version) I get a display error when sorting Subs.

I have an example here you can try.

Add one or more "Parent" and then add Subs under Parent. Try to sort those subs under that Parent and you will get a misbehavior
