Draggable dialog weird behavior if screen scroll

Description
If you have a modal dialog http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/#modal and you scroll down the screen a bit, when you try to move the dialog by the handler it jumps away from the mouse.
I'm not seeing this behavior. Tested in Safari 4, Firefox 3, IE 8.
