Autocomplete: suggestion list gets hidden by bottom of ui-accordion-content and ui-dialog-content

Description
The Autocomplete's suggestion list will get eclipsed within a ui-accordion-content or ui-dialog-content if the height of the suggestion list is larger than the height of either content div. In my opinion, the suggestion list should appear outside the context of either content div - The Datepicker widget behaves this way. Z-index issue?
