Secondary ui.tabs fails to remove first item after user selects another tab.

Description

When two separate tab groups (tab headings & tab content) are placed in the same page, the second tab group fails. When a user selects a tab heading other than the first one within the second tab group, it should remove the tab content and replace it with the new tab content. However, it never disappears and the new tab content just shows up underneath of it.

You have a duplicate id (tabs1).
