Unable to remove() ui.draggable (sortable item) immediately after the drop callback.

This is still broken in Internet Explorer (tested in 6, 7 and 8 and 8 in compatibility mode).
Additionally, the fix with the timeout of 1ms doesn't work if revert is set to true, in that case the timeout has to be longer than the time it takes for the revert animation to complete.
I can't reopen bugs so I had to create a new one.
