#5714 closed bug (worksforme)
Draggable 'stop' event malfunctioning in FF and Chrome
Reported by: | twecsyzenhout | Owned by: | |
---|---|---|---|
Priority: | major | Milestone: | 2.0.0 |
Component: | ui.draggable | Version: | 1.8.2 |
Keywords: | draggable stop event revert | Cc: | |
Blocked by: | Blocking: |
Description
The stop event for draggable items functions poorly or not at all in Firefox and Chrome (and possibly more browsers). When an alert is included in the event, it breaks the entire draggable process.
Secondarily, the stop event seems to be triggered shortly after the revert ('invalid') procedure has kicked in.

I'm not seeing this behavior either, even with jQuery UI 1.8.2.

I'm testing this problem at both of browsers and works perfectly. http://jsfiddle.net/V3KS4/
