Problem of autocomplete function in asp.net page

Dear support,
I'm encountering a strange problem when implement the autocomplete function in my asp.net page. If there's only one textbox in the page, when I enter nothing or the words does not exist in the source, and then press the "Enter" key, it will refresh the page and clear the textbox. But if there are more than one textbox in page, it works fine.
