Missing image making themeroller look awful

Description
The image http://static.jquery.com/ui/themeroller/app_css/images/ui-bg_glass_55_fbf9ee_1x400.png is failing to load. The file/directory does not exist. The images generally come from http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/images/ but this failing one does not.
Preventing me downloading with missing parts.
That missing image has nothing to do with the functionality of ThemeRoller. See #5840 for the problem you're actually experiencing.
