draggable IE problem in updatepanel after postback

Description
I have a list of 'tracks' in a updatepanel.
I have another updatepanel with a list of 'albums'.
Initially the dragging of 'tracks' work ok, but if i click on an 'album' and do a postback to refresh the 'track' list updatepanel, I get the following error when trying to drag a 'track'
'htmlfile: Unspecified error.'
This problem is only in IE (also IE8 compatable mode).
The same scenario works in firefox and chrome.
Please use the forums for help or provide a minimal test case.
