Draggable stops working when hide an element

Description

Hi all.

I've got some bug on draggeble li tags when the sub ul tag display property is changed to none. What happens is that some draggable li still working when some others not.

I'm sedding the code by an attachment.

PS: Sorry about the bad english and programing, I'm still learning both.

Please provide a reduced test case. There's a lot going on in that file.
