jQuery Accordion Slider overlaying other objects!

Description

Hi.. I recently made an accordion slider using jQuery on my social networking website. But now I find that the slider plugin is overlaying an instant messaging chat module I have installed on my sites footer. How can this be changed? The jQuery plugin should behave like a regular graphic or image, and be overlaid by this particular chat module.
