Collision doesn't work correctly in Internet Explorer.

Description
In Internet Explorer (8 and earlier), collision only seems to affect the child elements when the parent element overflows the window. In other browsers, when the child elements overflow the window they are repositioned. This happens with the demo for the position component on the jQuery UI site.

Seems to be working fine for me.
