why don't you think about the ui layout

Description
In the normal Web app layout is very important ,like ext and other framework has support layout ,but jquery ui has not, I think it's time to think about it that.

There's also this layout widget, which is based on jQuery UI and supports embedding widgets and generally is similar to the extJS widget you're talking about. http://layout.jquery-dev.net/
We do think about it.. and a multitude of other enhancements. We're working on some new great widgets for our 1.9 release and 2.0 release, so building something as extensive as a layout manager isn't possible at this time.
There's other concerns, as well. Did you know that (uncompressed anyway) the layout scripts are 229kb in extjs? that's about 2/3 the size of the entire jquery-ui library.
Plus, there's plugins available to help out. Wijmo has a panel widget, http://desandro.com/resources/jquery-masonry/, and http://isotope.metafizzy.co/docs/sorting.html
