Sorting Plugin IE bug

Hello support,

I have found a bug, this bug occurs in IE only (tested in IE8 yet).

I am not native English speaker and it will be hard to explain the problem, but I will try.

Well I am using tree columns of sortable items, all connectWith each other.

Let me try to explain the major idea of the sortable plugin using.

I use it for form builder, the first column is main form, the second column is groups and the third column is fields. Fields and Groups connectWith form, fields and groups can be dropped to form as the first level items but also fields can be dropped to groups inside the form (the second items level).

So this way works perfectly but when I try to sort fields inside the group in the form, whole group (which I am trying to move with fields inside) to be frozen and I cannot move it any more. (BUG OCCURS IN IE ONLY)

Hope you got what I mean, I can attache screnshots if needs.
