Autocomplete searching text

Description
While waiting for result, the user should see text searching. Text should appear in the input, or directly in the results. Because if the answer from the server takes a longer time, so the user do not know if something is doing.
In this new option, the user can set the text that should appear, or could simply put a link to a picture that could indicate to load.
