ThemeSwitcher doesn't load theme previews (403 error)

Description
When adding the themeswitcher to a site outside of the jqueryui.com domain the theme previews and other graphics do not load.
Firebug shows that all the graphics received a 403 Forbidden error as jqueryui.com is doing referral checking to deny access to those graphics.

We're no longer supporting ThemeSwitcher. Please use Dave Hoff's Super Theme Switcher.
We either need to make embeds possible again, or mention that its not intended for embedding anymore.
