Draggable's Stack Option starts the Z-index count at 0

Description
This is more a problematic aspect of the script. With a z-index of 0, the element no longer becomes draggable. (Using FF 5.0.1, Mac OS 10.5, z-index values checked via firebug.)

This works fine for me. Please provide a reduced test case showing the problem.
