Jquerymobile Slider Not working in Windows 7 Phone and palm pre

Description
The Jquery Mobile Slider http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.0/docs/forms/slider/ is not draggable on Windows7 and Palm Pre phones. However, on click on particular position on the slider the slider is updated.
Is there any fix to enable sliding by dragging instead of click?
