Selectable should not recheck the command/control key on drag

Description
Selectable should check if the command or control key is pressed on the mouse down event and behave accordingly, and save this information for the drag event rather than checking again, this is a standard behavior seen in desktop applications, file browsers, etc. The current behavior is to recheck for the meta key on the drag event and leads to bizarre behavior when the key is lifted during a drag.

Thanks for contributing! What kind of bizarre behavior is encountered when the key is lifted? I'll mark this as open if I can understand how this is negatively effecting the user experience. Preferably a test case using jsFiddle.net would be ideal. Thanks again!

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
