accordion: double click on heder problem when page is small and scrollbar of page are active.

Description
It may not be a bug but, I build an accordion with a lot of items on it and assign double click to open accordions. When page is small and vertical scrollbar appears, double click does not works. It only takes click event of header that in my case referes to top of the page ( href="#" ), I wonder if there is any way that can specify another tag to take event of header?
