Option to use full month names in selection list

Description

When enabling the month selection list (changeMonth = true), there is no ability to specify the use of the regular monthNames list; monthNamesShort is always used. Proposing a setting like changeMonthUseLongNames which defaults to false.

Per Scott Gonzalez, Date Picker is being rewritten and not accepting new features at this time.
