DatePicker and UpdatePanel in ASP.NET -> month arrows buttons jump to year 1900, no month changed

Description
If you put DatePicker in UpdatePanel in textbox with a event (onTextChanged in my case) it stop working correctly. When you change month with arrows its turn to current date, current month and year 1900.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
